Join CWS Owner and Chief Taster, Mark Anstead, for a guided journey through a global wine tasting. With years of experience and thousands of students taught, Mark is passionate about helping people deepen their understanding of wine, and spend smarter by choosing bottles they’ll truly enjoy.

Can you tell Champagne from Cava (are you sure)? Sauvignon Blanc from Chardonnay (if the Chardonnay isn’t oaky)? French wine from Australian wine (what difference is it supposed to make)?

Join Mark as he guides us through a range of wine styles from around the world, bringing each glass to life with insight, storytelling, and expert tasting tips. The experience culminates in a fun and interactive blind tasting game, putting your senses to the test. Along the way, you’ll discover fascinating facts about different grape varieties and learn how climate and terroir shape the character of each wine.
